NEW DASHBOARD: NIN Athlete Medical Evaluation History

A New dashboard is currently in production and available to medical practitioners.

At present, the NIN Athlete Medical Evaluation History Dashboard will enable practitioners to view, access and review current and historic entries / outcomes across the following forms:

• NIN Athlete Medical Evaluation (Screening)
  • "Old" Version
  • "New" Short (Pre event / games / camp / annual review) Version
  • "New" Long (Full Medical Evaluation) Version
• NIN Winter Athlete Medical Screening
• ALPHA Screening

COMPLIANCE MONITORING DASHBOARD

Please note that there is a workflow available for non-medical AMS staff to assist in monitroing compliance and completion of the athlete medical evaluation / screening process. This involves an automated workflow that copies the following data into a secondary form that can allow sensitive data to remain protected from view and access:
