Logging In - Mobile Application

All you need to log in to the AMS Athlete App is below. Once you have downloaded and installed the 'AMS Athlete' application you will need to log in.

When logging in you will need to enter; 

1) Site Location
https://ams.ausport.gov.au/asc

or your respective state specific web address if directed by your sport or practitioners,

e.g. https://ams.ausport.gov.au/qas or https://ams.ausport.gov.au/nswis etc.

2) Username
usually firstname.lastname

3) Password
You would have created this yourself as part of the registration process. If you have forgotten your password - Click here

Setting a PIN number or Biometric sensors for a quicker login

PIN Number Login

Once you have completed the MFA Process on your first log in to the app you will also be prompted to set up a 4 digit pin number which makes for a faster log in. 

You will then be prompted to "Confirm your PIN Code'. All you need to do is simply type in your 4 digits again. 

Biometric Sensor Login

You can also set up your mobile device to use either face ID or touch ID to make logging in even easier. 

To configure this, head to the settings page within the app and click 'App Preferences' then 'View System Settings' which will take you to your mobiles system preferences. Or alternatively within the app preferences click 'PIN login enabled' to then toggle this on and off as you prefer.
