Athletics Australia viewing and adding VALD ID's

To ensure the integration of all data to the Performance Support Report AMS requires unique id's from the different Vald Systems (Vald Dynamo, Vald Performance (Force Frame) & ForceDecks.

Identifying Athletes without ID's:

1. Load the appropriate Athletics Group (Typically those with NIN within the group title)
2. Navigate to "Reports" module in the AMS.
3. Set Report Type to "Profiles" 
4. Set Type of Event to "VALD Dynamo VIS" or the NIN you are currently working with.
5. Select "Run Report"
6. Initially you will only see the athletes who HAVE an ID to view those without an ID select "Include Missing Users?" and "Run Report" again.

The users who now appear as blank will need an ID added to their profile. 

Replicate the same workflow for ValdPerformance (ForceFrame) & Forcedecks

*If you have missing ID's please contact your NIN's AMS administrator to update the required ID's.

Ensure you reference the athlete/s and the profile form that has the missing ID's ie Vald Performance, Vald Dynamo or ForceDecks.
