VALD PERFORMANCE (NORDBOARD & FORCEFRAME)
How Are Users Linked:
Accounts are linked using their VALD PERFORMANCE IDs. The VALD Id's get stored in a profile form on AMS.
There are separate profile forms for each organisation with a VALD account:
To check & update an Athletes VALD PERFORMANCE ID:
1. Navigate to "Reports"
2. Select "Profiles" from Report Type
3. Select "ValdPerformance VIS" (replace VIS with your specific NIN) from Type of Event
4. Select "View Fields" and tick "Include Missing Users?"
5. You will be provided with a list of athletes from the group you have loaded if the Athlete ID field is blank Vald Hub data will not sync to the AMS for you to view.

7. Return to the AMS and click the blank Athlete ID
8. Enter the Athlete ID into the text box provided and select save changes.
When Is Data Updated:
Historical data will automatically be synced between the two platforms when the connector first finds a new athlete Id.
AMS will then check for new data every 15 minutes. Data will only be reachable once it becomes available via the VALD API, so may occasionally take longer than 15 minutes.

How Are Users Linked:
Accounts are linked using their VALD FORCEDECKS IDs. The VALD Id's get stored in a profile form on AMS.
There are separate profile forms for each organisation with a VALD account:
- Forcedecks ACTAS
- Forcedecks AIS
- Forcedecks NSWIS
- Forcedecks SASI
- Focedecks VIS
- Forcedecks WAIS
- Forcedecks QAS
To check & update an Athletes VALD FORCEDECKS ID:
1. Navigate to "Reports"
2. Select "Profiles" from Report Type
3. Select "ForceDecks VIS" (replace VIS with your specific NIN) from Type of Event
4. Select "View Fields" and tick "Include Missing Users?"
5. You will be provided with a list of athletes from the group you have loaded if the Athlete ID field is blank Forcedecks data will not sync to the AMS for you to view.
6. To find the Forcedecks ID open the Forcedecks software and navigate to the desired athlete's profile.

7. Return to the AMS and click the blank Athlete ID
8. Enter the Athlete ID into the text box provided and select save changes.

TEAMBUILDR:
The data sync from TeamBuildr to AMS is linked by the Athletes email if the email is out of date and you require a resync please send an email to ams@ausport.gov.au
Note: It may take some time for this task to be complete as TeamBuildr will be required to action the request.
For a new athlete follow the instructions below to update their email address in the AMS.
AMS Account Email:
- Navigate to AMS home page.
- Select the Athlete of choice in the left-hand side bar.
3. Select the pen icon in the top right-hand corner to review the Athletes account details including the email address associated to the AMS account.
TeamBuildr Account Email:
- Navigate to "Manage Users" via the coach tools drop down menu.
- Search for the Athlete
- Select Edit
- Update Athletes email and select "Save Changes"
GYMAWARE:
How Are Users Linked
Accounts are linked using their GYMAWARE ID. The GymAware Id's get stored in a profile form on AMS.
There are profile forms for each organisation with a GymAware account:
You may not have access to these profiles and an AMS administrator may have to add the Id for you.
When Is Data Updated
AMS will synchronise GymAware Session data each time a new session is saved.
If you add a new user data will not be backdated automatically, but we can ask Fusion for a full synchronisation to be performed.
