Back-Dating of Historical Data

The AMS team is actively migrating historical injury and illness records into the new consult forms, working in descending order—from the most recent to the oldest entries. Due to the volume of data, this process will take time to complete.

In the meantime, practitioners can continue to access any records not yet migrated via the old Injury Record or via the old Illness Record, now available through a dedicated section on the landing page for Doctors and Physios:

Temporary access to all pre-2025 diagnosis data until import process is complete

This section is highlighted in yellow for visibility and will remain available as a temporary access point until the full data migration is completed.
