NIN Medical Evaluation (Screening) - Netball Australia
Medical screening ensures the camp or tournament medical support personnel have current and up to date medical and injury issues, medications, supplement use and allergies for each athlete. Screening information is stored within Athlete Management System (AMS).
Requirements
Athletes must self-complete the “NIN Medical Evaluation (Screening)” via their personal AMS user. This should be completed prior to the camp or tournament and updated on an annual basis. This screening will be reviewed by the camp/tournament Doctor or NA Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in the absence of a camp/tournament Doctor.
If you are under the age of 18 please complete this with your parent/guardian.
Athlete Instructions
- Log into the AMS with your personal details via web or mobile app.
- Site URL: https://ams.ausport.gov.au/asc
- Once logged in the “NIN Medical Evaluation (Screening)” form will appear in your Favourite Events on your front screen otherwise navigate via the Add Data tab and search for the form.
- Once the form is open please select and complete the “Pre event/games/camp/annual review” unless otherwise advised.
