Installing the AMS App

Before you begin using the Teamworks AMS App, you will need to have been registered for an AMS account. If you are unsure please attempt using your email and if not successful speak to your team lead or email ams@netball.com.au

Depending on which mobile device you have, head to your app store to download and install.

App Store for iPhone Users

Google Play Store for Android Users

Install the app as you would any other app.

Logging in to AMS via the app

Site URL will be the following: ams.ausport.gov.au/asc

Username will be your email address or username

FoNew AMS User?

If you didn’t receive an email invitation to create a password and login or it has expired simply select the “Forgotten Password” link on either the app or web version of the AMS and follow the steps outlined below. No additional contact with an AMS administrator necessary unless login issue continues after these steps.

Forgot or haven't setup a Password?

No fear, here are some simple steps to get you back on track. You can reset this yourself by following a few simple steps. You will be able to nominate a new password and then login once again.

1) Press the 'Forgot Password' button

2) Enter your email

This need to be the email address that is associated with your AMS account, then press the 'send reset link' button. This will send you an email.

3) Emailed Link

Title of email will be "Reset your password" and come from <ams@ausport.gov.au>. The email that you received will contain a link. Once you press this it will take you to a page to reset your password. Be Sure to check your junk mail. If you can not find an email containing the AMS reset password link in your primary inbox, please check your junk mail.
