Admin Upkeep

Keeping AMS up to date with athlete lists and coach access in generally the responsibility of the AIS AMS team (or NIN AMS team for NIN site; a few select sports have their own AMS manager). However, the AMS team can only make updates for which they are informed. 

It is recommended, if possible, to have a single source of updates and requests coming from a sport/NIN for ease of communication and to identify a period in the year to review access and group structures. 

Please keep in mind when requesting access that groups (assigning access to athlete accounts) needs to be sustainable and requesting too much granularity is unlikely to meet this criteria. Ideally, someone from your team may have enough knowledge of your immediate grouping structure to suggest the best level of access.
