CMS Coach Details - Form that includes coach details

CMS Coach ICDP Overview & Goals - Coaches complete current goals and provide updates on those goals within the same record.

CMS Coach Profile - Questionnaire developed .... 

Entering a Coach Development Profile Record

1. Login to the CMS using the following website https://ams.ausport.gov.au/cms

2. Select "Enter Data"

3. Three forms will appear select "CMS Coach Profile"

4. Ensure you select the CD Facilitator in the drop-down option.

5. Once you have completed the form ensure you click "Save and Close"

Dashboards:

Dashboards are used to review data entered into the CMS.

There are 2 dashboards available within the CMS.

Coach Development Plan Dashboard - Includes CMS Profile & CMS ICDP & Goals forms

CMS Coaching Group Overview - Provides information from the CMS Coach Details & CMS ICDP Goals forms providing an overview of coach demographics and types of goals being entered across the coaching cohort.

Both dashboards can be accessed via your home screen within the dashboards button
