CMS Coach (User Guide)

ICDP Forms:

CMS Coach Details - Form that includes coach details

CMS Coach Profile - Questionnaire developed ....

CMS Coach ICDP Overview & Goals - Coaches complete current goals and provide updates on those goals within the same record.

1. Login to the CMS using the following website https://ams.ausport.gov.au/cms

2. Select "Enter Data"

3. Three forms will appear select "CMS Coach Details"

4. Complete the "Demographic Information" section and "Other Details" section.

5. Once you have completed the form ensure you click "Save and Close"

2. Select "Enter Data"

3. Three forms will appear select "CMS Coach Profile"

4. Ensure you select the Coach in the drop-down option.

5. Once you have completed the form ensure you click "Save and Close"

1. Login to the CMS using the following website https://ams.ausport.gov.au/cms

2. Select "Enter Data"

3. Three forms will appear select "CMS Coach ICDP Overview & Goals"

4. Complete the ICDP Overview section

5. Once you have completed the form ensure you click "Save and Close"

6. Updates can be added to goals via the table within the form (Previous goals can be accessed via the dashboard)

1. Navigate to your home page

2. Your dashboard will automatically load

*From here you can review goals entered by clicking on any column and selecting "Go to Record"

3. ICDP Profile data is visualized in the charts below

*Use the Selected Date filter to compare your most recent result vs previous results
