4. Launch Strategy
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
KEY DATES AND ACTIONS
Write Access Disabled – Thursday, 17 April at 11:59 PMAs part of the transition to the new consult workflow, the AMS team will disable Write access to the following data entry forms effective Thursday, 17 April at 11:59 PM:
- Injury Record
- Illness Record
- Nutrition Consult
- AWE Notes
Note: Practitioners will retain Read access to these forms for reference purposes, particularly in the event of an emergency.
Exemptions for Select NSOs
A small number of National Sporting Organisations (NSOs) participating in national championships over the Easter weekend have been granted exemptions to continue entering data during this period.
Data Backdating Period – 17 April (11:59 PM) to 22 April (9:00 AM)
Between Thursday, 17 April at 11:59 PM and Tuesday, 22 April at 9:00 AM, the AMS team will backdate existing data into the new consult workflow forms. This is to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of information for all practitioners.
Post-Update Access to Historical Records
Following the update, Read access to the Injury Record and Illness Record forms will remain available. This allows practitioners to verify any past entries and identify potential gaps in historical data.
CUSTOMISING YOUR LANDING PAGE
REMINDER: LANDING PAGE CUSTOMISATION
As part of the upcoming AMS upgrade, all practitioners will notice a change to their landing page layout. To maintain efficient access to commonly used dashboards and forms, users are encouraged after the roll-out to save their current dashboards as quick-links in the Favorites section.
How to Add Quick-Links to Your Landing Page:
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the AMS screen.
- Select “Account” to open your account profile.
- Scroll to the Favorite Events and Favorite Dashboards sections.
- Click “ADD” to select the forms and dashboards you’d like to pin to your landing page.
Customizing your dashboard in this way improves workflow efficiency and ensures quick access to the tools and records you use most.
