-Select the athlete via athlete profile on the left-hand side of the page (outline of a person under the clock)
-Then go to Settings
Heart Rate and Power Zones
-Put in max value for heart rate and power
-Using the slider fill out each training zone
Default Preferred Boat
-It is highly recommended you set a preferred boat default
-Once set up the preferred boat will automatically populate when you add an athlete to a session. For Para this will be PK
-Complete categories of age group an gender then hit save
