Manually Adding Results
If you don't have a minimaX you can still add in training data and results manually using the add score function in the session
Ensure that the Workout structure is set up accordingly
If you just want final time in say 5 x 300m when setting up the structure of the session don't put in split lengths and only the final distance will appear
If you require splits then add in the desired split time in the workout structure
You can either put in all efforts for an individual crew (by crew as highlighted above)
Alternatively, you can add all athletes in via effort
Don't forget to hit save!
