Connect Catapult (Catapult API)
Setting Up Catapult Connector
What you need to do
You will need to contact Catapult support to enable Smartabase functionality in your OpenField account. Once confirmed:
-
Log into the OpenField cloud.
-
In the Teams settings, select the team you’d like to integrate with Smartabase.
-
Enter the following details into the respective fields:
-
Smartabase Endpoint (site location)
-
Smartabase Form Name
-
Smartabase Username and Password (contact AIS AMS support for this)
-
-
Once the connection has been established, you can synchronize all your historical data by going to the Smartabase settings in OpenField. Any new data will automatically synchronize with Smartabase as soon as it’s uploaded to the OpenField cloud.
Mapping Athletes
Athletes are mapped via the Known As fields in a user's AMS profile matching the First Name and Last Name in Catapult. If no information exists in the Known As field, it will instead use the First Name and Last Name from AMS to match those in Catapult.
