Setting Up Teambuildr
Mapping of athlete accounts between systems is achieved through matching emails between the two. Please ensure that emails match exactly between the two systems.
Updating AMS Email:
- Navigate to AMS home page.
- Select the Athlete of choice in the left-hand side bar.
3. Select the pen icon in the top right-hand corner to review the Athletes account details including the email address associated to the AMS account.
Updating TeamBuildr Email:
- Navigate to "Manage Users" via the coach tools drop down menu.
- Search for the Athlete
- Select Edit
- Update Athletes email and select "Save Changes"

How often does data sync to the AMS?
- Every 60 mins
- Prescription data syncs every 2 hours
I've just mapped a new athlete, will their data automatically backdate?
- No; please contact the AIS AMS team and provide them details of the TeamBuildr account, team and athletes that require backdating.
Why is data missing for my athlete?
- Ensure that email addresses match between the two platforms; understanding that these are case sensitive.
